Casa in Style assures and makes available to its customers a delivery and assemblage service in continental Portugal and worldwide, the cost of this service will be submitted for analysis by our company, during which we will check many different factors and establish the correct shipment costs, giving the customer a fast response.
You can choose to pick up the order directly at our facilities, free of charge.
Processing, deadlines and delivery
After the order of furniture and/ or decoration items, it will be duly forwarded to the admission centre, where the deadline will be established, depending on product and availability, and then you will receive confirmation. In the eventuality that an ordered item is not available, that information will be communicated to you and we commit ourselves to resolve that issue as soon as possible.
Once the order is ready for delivery, we will contact you to arrange time and day of delivery. Therefore, it is important that you provide us a valid phone number. Orders will be delivered in the indicated delivery address. Casa in Style cannot be held responsible in case the order isn’t delivered due to an error in the submitted data, if they are incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate. So, we advise the customers to check all written data before checking out the order.
In case transport is made by a transport company, the customer will receive an email with information on when the order has left our facilities.
In case the package is declined by the customer, or he is permanently absent, Casa in Stlye cannot be held responsible and has the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the order.
In case it is necessary the assistance of a crane to access the interior of the house or building in order to deliver any items, the customer will have to cover that expense, which should be communicated to us ahead.
Receiving an order
After receiving the order, when it is made by a transport company, the customer should always make sure that the package is not damaged. In case it is damaged, he should make a written complaint and sent it by email, with photos if possible, within 24h, so the transport insurance can be activated. The customer can also contact us if he has any doubts.
When delivery is made by our company, any potential problem will be resolved immediately.
In case there is any incoherency with the order, the customer should contact us, preferably by phone, so we can take note of it and, necessary, resolve it immediately.
The nonconformity complaint should be made within 24h after the order is delivered. Any package delivered in our facilities with no sender id or sent on collection basis, will not be accepted.
Any complaints that don’t fulfil the above mentioned rules, as well as the time limits, will not be accepted by Casa in Style.
Countries of Delivery:
All purchases made in Casa in Style are available for delivery in any country or place outside continental Portugal, with extra delivery fees.
These fees will be reported to the costumer after an analysis with several transport companies, as to assure the best possible rate. However, the customer can arrange transportation by choosing to pick up the package(s) directly at our facilities, or delivery can be made at the transport company of the costumers’ choice.
