Terms
The customer has the right to return a purchase within 14 days after delivery, as long as he presents just cause as follows: manufacturing defects in the product, transport damages or nonconformity to the order and delivery. Any other occurrences will not be recognized and returns or complaints will not be accepted, especially concerning products made to measure and outside standardization.
If the customers choose to be reimbursed, the reimbursement will be made by CasainStyleonline.comwhich belongs to Móveis Santos Pereira & Moreira, Lda; within 30 days after receiving the product.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , phone 255964515 or go to our facilities, mandatorily presenting the invoice; and then indicate us if he wishes an exchange or a reimbursement.
Package status
The returned items should be in good condition, complete and duly wrapped in its original packaged, presenting no signs of use.
In case of the customer desists or makes a mistake, he will be responsible for the expedition and return costs.
Internal error
CasainStyleonline.comwhich belongs to Móveis Santos Pereira & Moreira, Lda;takes responsibility for return and re-expedition expenses if there is an internal error and the sent product does not conform to the order. If the customer wishes to exchange the ordered item for a different one, he will be responsible for the expedition and return costs.
Original defect

In this case, the damaged item will be exchanged by an identical one. If the customer wishes to exchange the ordered item for a different one, he will be responsible for the expedition and return costs.
Transport damages
CasainStyleonline.comwhich belongs to Móveis Santos Pereira & Moreira, Lda;takes responsibility for return and re-expedition expenses if there are any transport damages to the package. In this case, the damaged item will be exchanged by an identical one. If the customer wishes to exchange the ordered item for a different one, he will be responsible for the expedition and return costs.
Important note: We recommend for the customer to pay attention to the exterior of the package, it can report a possible damaged to the product.
When receiving the package and in the presence of the courier, the customer should check its condition prior to signing the Transport Document and accepting the package.
If the product is damaged, we would appreciate if the customer took a picture of it and sent it to our email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 24h, so that we can activate the transport insurance.
The product status is considered to be verified if the Transport Document is signed.
Any package delivered in our facilities with no sender id or sent on collection basis, will not be accepted.
Sizes and colours
The items featured in this website have sizes and colours as close to the original ones as possible. However, in some cases, they may not resemble 100% to the reality. For specific cases, please verify all information with the technical department before ordering, since returns by technical reasons are the customer’s full responsibility.
Personalized items
Returns, cancelations or reimbursements do not apply to personalized items. This occurrence is stated in the law:
“The supply of items manufactured or ordered according to customer specifications or manifestly personalized cannot be returned.”
Expedition costs due to retraction
In case of the customer desists or makes a mistake, he will be responsible for the expedition and return costs.
Law by decree
The information concerning this contract resolution by the consumer (private costumer) is written in detail in the Law by Decree nr 143/2001and the Law by Decree nr 82/2008.
Concerning the resolution of the contract by Companies, Institutions, Liberal Professionals and Individual Entrepreneurs, the Portuguese Civil Code general law applies, namely the rules mentioned in the law by decree 67/2003.
